No-Note Notebook is operated by Togotol. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to Togotol. Contact us at frontdesk@nonotenb.com.
No-Note Notebook is a web-based secure notepad designed for users who need temporary, disposable notes that leave no trace. The app runs in your browser, does not store your note content, and automatically erases typed content after a configurable idle period.
No-Note Notebook offers a free tier and a paid Premium plan. Features available on each plan are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust the features included in each plan with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use No-Note Notebook to:
Because No-Note Notebook does not store your note content, we make no claim of ownership over anything you type. Your notes belong to you and exist only on your device during your session. We have no access to them.
Your abbreviation dictionary (if stored on our servers as a Premium user) remains your property. You can delete it at any time by deleting your account.
We aim to keep No-Note Notebook available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
No-Note Notebook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure. Use the service at your own risk.
Important: While we design No-Note Notebook to leave no trace of your notes, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the app complies with any professional, legal, or regulatory obligations that apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Togotol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of No-Note Notebook, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or breach of confidentiality.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
