Premium users can photograph meals for automatic food identification. Photos are sent to Google Cloud Vision and OpenAI for analysis. You retain ownership of your photos and can delete them at any time through the app. We do not use your photos for marketing without your explicit consent.
If you register using Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers. We use this information only to create and manage your Veetha account.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal data including meal logs, photos, and profile information is permanently deleted within 30 days. To delete your account: open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. For EEA and UK users, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
Veetha is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at veetha.app@gmail.com.
